What is Absinthe?
Ummm. Okay, well, maybe you just happened across this site and are thinking "what's Absinthe?". There's a really technical description on the 'about' page, but it doesn't begin to touch on the true essence of Absinthe or its place in art, literature and history. If you really want to know what Absinthe is, you should visit LaFeeVerte, the most informative and entertaining site I know of on the subject.
